9.4.6. Users acknowledge that they agree with the existing schedule for withdrawing gambling funds. Withdrawal requests are processed by the manager within one day from 10:00 to 19:00 MSK (Moscow time). Sunday is a day off. The company is not responsible for any delays that occur after the processing of the request by the establishment's managers.

9.4.7. If a deposit has been made to the gambling account using a mobile operator's services, the payout will not be made earlier than 2 weeks after the last deposit is received. This delay is due to checks for possible illegal activities.
